NYU’s Broadway Percussion Team Gears Up for Debut Show with Iconic Conductor

NYU Broadway Orchestra music students will be debuting their first concert with Iconic Conductor and Music Director of the NYU Broadway Orchestra, Ted Sperling, April 10. The concert will feature Broadway actress and singer Lindsay Mendez and works by celebrated composers including Gershwin, Kern, Rodgers, Bernstein, Bacharach, Sondheim, and more. In preparation for the show, the percussion team practiced their parts and synergy at the NYU Percussion Penthouse. Check out the jam session in this video.

See the performance at 8pm on April 10 at the Frederick Loewe Theatre, 35 West 4th Street.
